What should be included on a wedding invitation?

To ensure your guests have all of the information they need we recommend the following is included:
​
• Ceremony address;
• Venue address, if different to the Ceremony address;
• Time of the Ceremony
• Directions and/or a Map
• Accommodation details and prices;
• Alternative accommodation details;
• RSVP Cards

How far in advance do you send Save the Date Cards?
​
We'd recommend sending your Save the Date Cards
12 to 18 months before your wedding, especially if
your wedding is during the peak summer months.

How far in advance do you send Wedding Invitations?
​
Wedding Invitations can be sent 6 to 8 months before your wedding to ensure your quests have all the information they need ahead of time.

If the invitations involve multiple pieces, do you assemble them? If so, is there an additional fee?
Yes I offer assembly for an additional fee.
What types of printing processes do you offer?
​
Digital, Lithographic, foil blocking, blind embossing

After we approve or make changes to the proof, how long until the invitations arrive?
​
This will depend on the printing method chosen, but generally 2-3 weeks. If you would like assembly then an extra week is required.

Can you also provide matching table numbers, place cards, table plans, favour tags, order of the day, menus and thank you notes?
Yes of course, we will be happy to give you a quote for any stationery you need.
​
Are there different font styles, paper types and paper colours to choose from?
​
Yes I have over 20 different papers with matching envelopes, plus a wide range of colours.
​
If we want to include a photo or graphic on the save-the-date or invitation cards, can you accommodate that?
Of course, we recommend that images are high resolution (300dpi) so they are crisp and good quality. Just ask if you would like to include one.
